About manchesteragainstmilitarism

Manchester Against Miltarism was formed in March 2011 by a group of committed peace activists who are affiliated with the Campaign Against Arms Trade and the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament. We believe that the proliferation of arms for sale is an irresponsible and immoral trade yet the UK government continues to grant export licenses to countries involved in armed conflict and to countries classified as being 'of concern' in the government's own human rights report. UKTI (UK Trade & Investment) is financed by the British taxpayer, it employs more civil servants to promote weaponry sales than it does to support all of the sectors of industry combined Please join us in our campaign to end this trade in bloodshed financed by your own tax money.
